The Commsafe Maintenance Agreement, unlike the usual extended warranty for a specific piece of equipment, can be made to cover all your telecom equipment - including cabling. Use the Request a Site Survey form below to have a technician visit your site to prepare an inventory of the equipment you need to cover with a maintenance agreement.

People and systems change constantly.
Teleco offers AMC service on demand for minor changes to any system we support and even some that we don't. On-site service calls, remote diagnostics and routine maintenance are available simply by calling our Service Department 843-571-0000 or send an email to Service@telecochas.com or Request a Service Call using the button.
A service manager will schedule an appointment that meets your needs and time frame.
AMC service is offered at a reduced hourly rate if your system is covered by an active ComSafe Agreement.
Teleco will move all of your communications equipment including your carrier services for telephone and Internet, and we will cable your new office and refresh your systems in the process.
Contact your Account Manager at Teleco or submit the Request a Site Survey form to arrange for an appointment to survey your new and existing site and to have an estimate of relocating costs prepared.
Carriers often take 30, 60, even up to 90 days to have new service installed at some locations. Call us to begin the process as soon as you know your new service address. We will make all the arrangements to meet your schedule.
When the system crashes you can call Teleco.
Internet is down, telephones are not working, cable cut, and any other failure that prevents you from communicating is what we call a Down System. And the Down System takes priority over all other activities at any time of the day or night. Even if you are not covered by CommSafe, we will make every best effort to repair your problem as soon as possible. Teleco technicians work on rotating schedules and can be dispatched at any time - even after hours and weekends - to assist with Down Systems. Time and materials charges will apply for non CommSafe accounts.
