Internet is down, telephones are not working, cable cut, and any other failure that prevents you from communicating is what we call a Down System.
Down Systems have priority over all other technician activities at any time of the day or night. Even if you are not covered by our CommSafe Maintenance Agreement, we will make every best effort to repair your problem as soon as possible.
Teleco technicians work on rotating schedules and can be dispatched at any time - even after hours and weekends - to assist with Down Systems. Time and materials charges will apply for non CommSafe accounts.
